The bed comes in 3 boxes, and they came over a 2 day span, but the tracking number from Walmart worked for both days so we knew when everything would be arriving. It took my brother just over 2 hours to put everything together, and he said it went together easily. I would 100% recommend using a screw gun with the Allen wrench bit to make assembly go A LOT faster! I do need to buy a mattress for the trundle that is thinner though, the regular mattress that we have is too thick.
