Better Homes & Gardens Sheer & Twill Weave 4 Piece Curtain Set, Gold, 95"

These are great! Both the 2 panels and 2 sheets are a great addition to the French door Windows we have and open in a lot of light but provide sense o f security and privacy. They really accent the decor as well. Very pretty and highly recommend. I did get the longer size and it drags on floor but easy to mend.

I am reviewing yet another product from the Better Homes and Gardens brand line. This time, it is a beautiful 4 pc set of curtains and co-ordinating sheers. Even looking at this set still in the packaging, I can tell I'm most probably going to really like this set. These are known as "grommeted" curtain panels. That means they have very large metal re-inforced holes at the top edges where a curtain rod would be placed through them. I normally don't go for curtains with that type of top edge, I prefer just using curtain hooks that you place within the pleats or else with a clipped spring edge catch that grabs the top of the curtains. This will be a new experience for me :) Ok, well the measurements for these panels are: 37" wide by 84" long, each panel. The material of all panels is 100% polyester. The laundering instructions are "machine wash, cold water, separately. Do not bleach. Tumble dry, low setting. Iron on reverse side on lowest setting." I always like to know if I'm going to have to dry clean my curtains before I purchase them. I did not see the laundering instructions listed on the website page for these curtains, nor on the packaging, so I thought I'd include that for you here. Now, the twill texture of the two panels that will go on the left and right outside edge of the 4 pc set, is very light weight material. However, when they are hung on the rod, they drape very nicely without undue weight on the rod. They sheer panels are cream colored sheers with burnished gold shiny embroidery thread running all over in a lattice work pattern from tip top to very bottom of the panels. It is really quite exquisite in appearance. Appears to be very well made, no sloppy threads anywhere and the design has no flaws that I can see. It too, has the matching metal color (burnished gold) as the gold twill panels, same size as well. Again, once hung up, they break into lovely undulating waves as the gold twill outter panels. Together, this set is really nice, very classy in appearance. Not cheap appearing at all. Easily appears that it is much more expensive that it truly is! I am very impressed with this set. I didn't think I would be. But it's a pleasant surprise! I would recommend these curtains to whomever wishes to have an understated elegance and up to date look to their living, dining or bed room! Better Homes and Gardens, you've done it again :)
