- Superior Specs - The Olympic bar is 79.12 inches (6.6ft) in length, has a diameter of 25 mm, weighs 35 lbs, features a 25mm grip diameter. Our Olympic barbell can bear a weight capacity of 500lbs/700lbs and possesses the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity and flexibility.
- Knurled Handles Design with Dual Marks - The 25mm grip shaft has a 1.2mm medium-level knurling. A Peaked Diamond Knurl pattern offers an excellent gripping surface without the sharpness of other grips and has a moderate whip, increasing friction and enhancing the grip experience. The knurling design can also effectively reduce the tension in the wrist and forearm, increase the safety of sports and ensure comfort.
- Needle Bearing & Sleeves - The sleeves of our barbell bar are friction welded, which is stronger than normal welding sleeves. Each of the rotating sleeves has 2 needle bearings and one bushing, totaling 4 needle bearings in the bar. Bushings provide a comprehensive smooth spin, while bearings are designed to spin fast and meet the catching needs of the snatch and clean & jerk.
