(Keurig) warrants that your brewer will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase. This is our second Duo Plus because the latch for the k-cup dispenser wouldn't close anymore. But we love the flexibility of brewing a whole carafe (in a stay warm thermos!, nit glas) or individual cups with out favorite flavor. I can even brew over ice for an iced coffee in a flash. Also love the placement of the water canister on the side vs back because our brewer lives under hanging cabinet when not in use. Sad that this model disappeared from most retailers. But glad we could snag another one from Keurig!
