Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED Ultra Wide Angle Zoom Lens

Nikon's AF-S DX NIKKOR 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G ED is an advanced ultra wide-angle zoom lens designed for the DX (APS-C) format sensor on Nikon DSLRs. It is also compatible with certain full-frame cameras via their crop-sensor mode. It produces an angle of view equivalent to a 15-36mm lens in the FX or full frame format. The ultra-wide angle of this lens makes it an ideal choice for such shooting applications as landscapes and wide interiors. Nikon packed this lens with features such as two extra-low dispersion (ED) lenses and three aspherical lens elements in order to reduce the effects of distortion and chromatic aberrations. The Super Integrated Coating helps eliminate ghosting and unwanted flare. The Silent Wave Motor design means you will always experience smooth and virtually silent autofocusing without the exterior size of the lens changing. Full time manual focusing override is available with the M/A focusing switch.

Silent Wave Motor (SWM)

M/A Mode

AF-S NIKKOR lenses include Nikon's proprietary M/A mode. This feature allows you to effortlessly switch from autofocus to manual operation with virtually no time lag. Regardless of the AF mode, you can simply and conveniently switch to manual focus even during AF servo operation.

Super Integrated Coating

The Nikon anti-reflective coating is an optical design feature which ensures superior clarity and image brilliance, even in poor or unfavorable lighting conditions. Nikon applies the anti-reflective coating through a special process, layering the lens surface in order to substantially reduce unwanted flare or ghosting. This process helps to ensure incredibly rich image contrast and true color fidelity.

Internal Focusing (IF)

Nikon's Internal Focusing feature allows you to focus a lens without changing its size. With IF Lenses all optical movement is restricted to the interior of the lens barrel, providing for a lighter, more efficient design. Faster focusing is produced by a lighter and compact focusing lens group.
