Walmart.com return policy is inadequate

I have worn work gloves for 50 years - have always wore size Medium....these gloves labeled as Medium, but they were Small. I went on website to process a return....got a message I needed to call. So I called....apparently they cannot be returned unless defective or damaged ("Walmart policy"). I will not be ordering ever again from Walmart.....will stick with Amazon (you can return anything for any reason with them). The ONLY reason I ordered them in the first place was so I could get free shipping (order total over $35) on the item I wanted in the first place!
