It seems easy enough but every time you open the drawer it needs to preheat AGAIN. So chicken wings that need to be flipped takes about 30 mins total or more because of all the preheating. Also, I find the dials a bit confusing - I think I've done all I need to do and it's cooking, only to find out it shut off. It's not really clear on the instructions why this happens so I just figured out that it's not enough to put in the time and temp (like an oven), you also have to hit again the “play” button. Just seems like too many steps…I will be returning
