Brand new universal 3/8" NPT Smart Start air intake filter for air compressors this is also a direct replacement for many Rigid, Campbell Hausfeld, Husky, and Sears compressors. This filter will fit any compressor that has 3/8" female NPT threads for the air filter to screw into as long as there is no room or clearance issues this filter measures 3" tall with threads and 2.5" in diameter. This filter was designed to eliminate compressor starting problems by allowing the compressor to reach full RPM before allowing air in. This filter helps take the start up load of the compressor and can help prevent blown circuits as well as help it start in cold weather.
