This is my first ever monitor and i absolutely love it. It is such an upgrade from a 1080p tv and it has made a world of difference to my gaming experience. I would go with MSI if you are looking for a monitor, I took advice from my cousins who also use MSI and I will never go to anything else.

Great monitor at a great price.

1440p is the gold standard for gaming, more detain than 1080p but not needlessly hard to render like 4k, and 180hz is a good sweet spot for this resolution as well, 240 would but nice, but it's really not nessesary when you get it for a nice discount, great monitor over, was put together in 5-10 minutes and feels like it's built pretty well, colors look great and it is a very nice improvement coming from 1080p 165hz.
