French Mustard and Herb Blend - 4 oz.

Ground mustard, gratings of orange peel, some fennel seed, a dash of celery seed for spice, granulated onion, and a pinch of thyme and pepper. Smell it and just try to resist licking your finger and dipping it in the bag. You can’t. Why? Because it is amazing.

Aside from chicken, we love adding this to ground beef for burgers stuffed with Taleggio cheese. For salads, whisk it together with Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, and olive oil for a fantastic dressing. Need a quick but impressive side? Mashed potatoes or celery root spiked with a hit of this blend.
