The Eco-Box offers keyhole style mounting for flexibility to position in various locations for easy accessibility, both in the front or back of house areas. The reusable box has an improved double latch closure with hinged lid to keep gloves sanitary and a textured surface for a secure grip. Additionally, the box was designed to withstand industrial washing to extend the usage life and therefore alleviate pressure on the Supply Chain system. The unique front opening allows for easy dispensing of a pair of gloves and size identification for the users. Pairing the Eco Pack Glove Dispenser with the cost-saving and waste-reducing Tronex glove bulk pack refills, we can reduce handling and ensure additional conservation of energy, fuel costs, and general increased efficiency in handling throughout the supply chain. The certified Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI) compostable bags can degrade into soil conditioning material in three to six months under proper conditions in a composting facility. Unfortunately, standard plastic bags take 500 – 1,000 years to degrade in a landfill setting and do not break down completely and still become micro-plastics that pollute the environment. The standard coated cardboard inner boxes that gloves are typically transported and dispensed from will degrade in up to 5 years in proper biological conditions. Additionally, through this sustainable system, we are able to convert a significant reduction of energy and natural resource consumption.
