The pack came fairly fast BUT despite noting on the website in my account not to deliver after office hours, the shipper brought it at 8pm. I had to sit in the lobby for two hours after the office closed to make sure the packages weren't left outside the door. I thought this was made of something like PU, have a pack like that and wanted another. This pack is made of a canvas type material like most packs. However it seems well made, as depicted with multi pockets and an inside pocket for a Chromebook or notebook. It has a single zipper not two zippers per compartment. The straps unbuckle and come apart, which is a plus for me because my pack is mounted on a rollator walker. The shoulder straps and hand carry loop were slipped over the walker's removable back rest for carrying jacket, water bottles, eyeglasses etcetera. Hopefully this one will last a long while. Usually canvas packs suffer from sun fade and seam rips and that's why a PU pack was what I was looking for. But, easy enough to replace the pack should it wear out. It matches my black Medline rollator and is a good size without being too big or bulky.
