Well, the Walmart description was inaccurate, but the Costway was very responsive!! They listened and got my issues resolved very quickly! We have yet to get it installed. The directions seems quite simple. We are still waiting on an electrician to come out to change the outlet voltage. The description said it was a 110V and we receiveda 220V..
