    Gentle & Smells Good

    Just used Rich black on my hair to darken it up. Came out beautifully. Love the fact it had no strong smell

    Color is not as represented

    The last pic was from a month ago and the gray is not as evident, but the pics 1 & 2 were today after the application of golden brown. This is very disappointing. How long must I wait to color my hair again? What color would you have suggested? I just wanted to get rid of the gray and freshen up my color. This was not what was represented on the box. I'm willing to try this product again to get my desired color. Please this is not as expected and disheartening

We know how disappointing it can be to look forward to a new application of color only to find that your results are not what you expected.Gray hair is sometimes resistant to color. For best coverage, please use Dark & Lovely Fade Resist, #377-Sunkissed Brown or #386-Brown Sugar. You can re-color to cover gray 24 hours after the last application, if your hair is in good condition.

    Did not work

    I bought this product and it did not work at all. I have very dark brown hair and I was expecting some resistance to the color change, but there was absolutely no change at all.

    Hi Taren! Thank you for using Dark and Lovely Color Gloss. This is a non ammonia 28 day color gloss haircolor. If you want to make a change by lightening your hair, please use a permanent haircolor to achieve that. In the mean time, please allow the color deposit from Color Gloss to fade before using a permanent haircolor, because color does not lighten color. We hope this information is helpful.
