Issue 1: Filament adheres too well to textured PEI beds, making removal difficult and leaving a white texture on the print.

Solution 1: Improve bed adhesion by using a PVB globe or lowering print temperature to 180°C-190°C. Apply a thin layer of baby powder on the bed for better adhesion.

Issue 2: Stringing and oozing with Flexible PLA.

Solution 2: Switch to a larger nozzle size (0.5 mm or 0.6 mm) and maintain nozzle temperature between 190°C-200°C. Store the filament in the vacuum bag provided by Ataraxia Art and pre-dry it at 50°C-60°C before printing to prevent moisture absorption.

Issue 3: Printing issues with Bowden extruder.

Solution 3: Ensure proper cooling system to prevent heat transfer to the filament. Use the fan to cool the motor during printing.
