The Alla Lighting high power red LED bulbs were used to replace the rear brake/signal lights on my 2006 Toyota Sienna. I chose these over a dimmer choice from the same manufacturer. After installing the first light I compared the apparent brightness against the original incandescent bulb and it appeared slightly brighter than the OEM bulb, but reflected differently. The bulbs fit perfectly on my vehicle and install just like the OEM ones. The LEDs shine to the sides of the LED assembly and therefore do not reflect in the same manner as the OEM bulb. The brightness of the LEDs offset this disadvantage. Therefore, I recommend using these brighter bulbs over dimmer LED choices. I have been using these now for a little more than a month with no issues. This is my second purchase of Alla Lighting products, my first purchase was for LED license plate lights which are working well after 18 months of use.
