This is a remarkable little computer. I just received mine and am loving it. I got all the updates for Windows 11 installed very quickly. It's super fast with the SSD. Some people complained about it not turning on at first. For some reason you have to hold the power button down for just a little bit. Also my battery was at 3% on the first boot. I recommend that you plug it in before beginning and do hold the power button for a second. You can't expect much from the tiny speakers so connect an external bluetooth speaker to it. You'll love the factory desktop pic too :o) I can't believe the quality of this PC for such a low price. I remember my first Gateway with a Pentium 4 3 GHz processor, 512MB or RAM and an 80G hard drive was $1000!

It's nice to see Gateway again (thanks Acer)

Just received mine in the mail today! It's visually nice, it's super light, the keyboard is nicer than other laptops I have had, really cool to see a finger print reader! The R5 3500U inside this is by far the best CPU in the Ultra Light lineup, at 4 cores and 8 threads! For the price the RAM isn't bad, it's get me by for what I need (School) 8GB DDR4 2400mhz. Overall it's snappy, it's responsive, and the screen panel is nice to look at. Couldn't ask for more for what I need from this laptop! Also I'm loving that Acer has brought back the Gateway name!
