Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seed Butter, 16oz

I normally make my own pumpkin seed butter as well as other nut butters but I have been seriously ill and haven't been able to do it. I tried a few brands and found the taste quite awful. This Dastony brand's version tastes fabulous! It's really good quality, not too oily, easy to spread hot or cold. It is so good I have just been eating a spoonful every day. It is a good sized jar, in packaging which is recyclable where I live. I use it on toast, makes a lovely base for smashed avocado with a poached egg. I use about a tablespoon of it each serving, daily as it has many health benefits. In the ingredients contains only high quality organic sprouted pumpkin seeds - non gmo, no added oil, salt, sugars or fillers. The composition makes it easy to blend into recipes. It doesn't separate like many other butters which is a bonus and at only 180 kcals per 28g serving ( 16 servings per tub) and being high in fibre, iron and cholesterol lowering fats it is good in any diet
