This case is big. For most people, it will easily hold all you need neatly and securely. Some people may not need it this big, and they should probably look for smaller ones because this truly is large and could be a bit overkill. I do like how the file organizer is removable. Which could be good for doctor's appointments where you only need medical papers and can leave the medication at home. I do wish however that the included shoulder strap could be used on either the larger overall case or just the file organizer. Simply include a couple loops would have been all that was needed. But this is not a huge dealbreaker. So if you are looking for a medical organizer case, this is definitely one to consider, depending on your size needs.

This is the handiest case if you have are traveling and have a chronic illness like Diabetes. There is an insulated pouch to hold your insulin. I place for your testing kit and supplies. Lots of room to hold your meds so they are not plopped in a plastic bag. Also there are folders to hold medical reports or instructions. I don't think they forgot anything. It is just the one place for all your needs to be kept so you don't forget anything while your away from home.
