Can't really give it five stars because I haven't had the opportunity to use the item yet. I reside in a state that is subject to hurricanes and this item would definitely come in handy should I be obligated to evacuate. Frankly I hope that I never have the occasion to use it. But if the need arises my diabetic insulin will be properly cooled.
