I bought this Manuka UMF 10 (MGO 263 ) for digestive issues: to help repair my stomach mucosa lining. Based on my issues, AI suggested this one (%26 2 other brands) for brand %26 this strength.....and to take only 1/8 tsp AM daily on an empty stomach. It was a winning strategy! It has a different honey taste %26 is very palatable. I highly recommend %26 would purchase it again!
