• Prepration: 

1. Place 1 cup of Jasmine Rice in a pot.
2. Combine with 1.5 cups of water and bring to boil.
3. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 18-20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
4. Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
5. Fluff with fork and serve.

Chicken, beef, or vegetable broth may be used instead of water for all basic cooking instructions. If using broth, do not add salt. More liquid will result in softer rice and less liquid will result in a firmer rice.
