1. Constructed from YG10X carbide (tungsten steel), the drill bit is hardened up to 91.5HRA, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and the bending strength is greater than or equal to 2800 N/mm².
2. Suitable for precision cutting of stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, tool steel non-ferrous metal, copper, plastics, etc.. Designed for drilling abrasive materials when drilling accuracy must be maintained. Can be used in high temperature drilling applications.
3. Carbide tool offers long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, and it is higher hardness but is more brittle. Carbide material with good cutting performance, can ensure high work efficiency.
4. Spiral chip space design for fast and clean chip removal. Sharp cutting edge provides smooth cutting and no glitches. Chip removal is not easy to stick to the tool.
5. Used on machining centers, CNC lathes. Adapt to several kinds of cooling conditions, such as oil mist, water, oil, air cooling. It is not recommended to be used with a hand drill. Hand drill is easy to shake, poor stability, which makes drill bit easy to twist off.
