Sarah Solid Mango Wood 60" Square Dining Table in Brushed Ivory

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst furniture buying experiences I've had. I purchased the Sarah Solid Mango Wood 60” Square Dining Table, and after delivery, the tabletop was found to be cracked, separating around the entire perimeter, splitting at the corners, and showing a visible crack across the top. This wasn't cosmetic damage—it was a clear structural failure. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Rather than standing behind a very expensive piece of furniture, the company refused to replace the damaged tabletop or offer a reasonable solution. They essentially told me the transaction was final and that they would not assist any further. As an interior designer, I purchase furniture regularly and understand that shipping damage can happen. The true test of a company is how they handle it. Unfortunately, Homesquare completely failed. They took no responsibility for resolving the issue, leaving me with an unusable dining table and an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. When you're spending thousands of dollars on furniture, you deserve a company that stands behind its products. Based on my experience, Homesquare does not. I will never purchase from them again OR Walmart marketplace , nor will I recommend them to my clients.
