This comes in a nice outer product box. It's made in Canada. It's cruelty free, gluten free, and vegan. SPOILER - I love it! It's made it's way onto my very short list of concealers I love! It's too early to say it's the holy grail concealer I've been looking for, but it definitely has potential to be! It's the only concealer I've been reaching for since I got it! It blends out really easy! It gives me full coverage but still looks smooth and doesn't look dry or accentuate lines. It doesn't feel thick or heavy under the eyes. It looks really natural. It has great ingredients included in it! I definitely recommend this! Read on if you want some more details... First off, I have to say, this is the coolest tube of concealer ever! I don't know what you call it, but the way they have it to get the applicator out is really cool! I saw there was a button on the cap, but I wasn't really sure what it was for. I tried to twist off the top like you would with a normal tube of concealer. The top twisted, but didn't come off. So then I was a little confused 😂 I figured, let's push this button and see what happens. I pushed it and heard a little click, and the top popped up! Then you just pull it out like a normal concealer applicator. When you're done, you just push it back in and you hear another click. You don't have to twist at all. I don't know why they did it like that, but it's unique and I like it! The applicator itself is a doe foot. It has rounded sides that come to a kind of point. It doesn't get too much product on the doe foot, which I really like. A lot of concealers when I take the applicator out, there's way too much product on it, so I need to wipe it off on the side which can get messy. This one isn't like that at all. This claims to be a 4-in-1 sculpting concealer that helps cover imperfections, brighten, and renew appearance of skin with encapsulated retinol and antioxidant-rich superfoods. Those all sound great! I'm 35 years old and have normal to dry skin with some extremely dry areas. I have hormonal acne. I have some spots from past acne, scars from past acne, and sun spots on my cheekbones and temple area. I am still on the hunt for my holy grail concealer. I have a a couple concealers I love, but that I wouldn't call holy grails because they don't do everything I want; I have few concealers that I really like, but again, they don't do everything I want; and I have tons of concealers I've tried that didn't work for me at all. Under my eyes tend to be drier. Even when I make sure to moisturize my under eyes really well before applying concealer, I still feel like a lot of concealers make my under eyes look drier. With a lot of concealers I either don't get the coverage I want under my eyes, or I get the coverage I want but it looks too thick and cakey under my eyes. I'm always happy to try out a new concealer. This one I was especially excited to try out because of all the claims and some of the ingredients. I love that this has such great ingredients included in it. It has ceretin complex, which is an encapsulated blend of retinol, lactic acidosis, Shea butter, and a ceramide to gently help improve the look of skin tone. It has sodium hyaluronate, which helps reduce dryness while it locks in hydration to make skin look plumper. It has an energy complex that is a complexion-boosting blend of "invigorating ingredients" like green tea, ginseng, and vitamin B to help target signs of premature aging while stimulating and renewing skins appearance. It has a superfood blend - its enriched with the Eric and elderberry fruit extract to help make your skin appear brighter and more radiant. It also has caffeine in it, which helps give a more rested appearance. All that sounds amazing to me! This comes in 16 shades. Not the biggest shade range, but not horrible. I got the lightest shade, "LN2 Fair Ivory," which claims to be for fair skin with neutral undertones. I'm pretty pale. This works well for my skin tone. At first I thought it was going to be a little too dark for me. But, it's actually a perfect match for me! I did a photo of swatches comparing this shade to 2 other concealer shades. I wanted to use ones I felt most would have tried and know their shade in. I compare it to Elf Hydrating Camo Concealer in Fair Rose and L'Oréal Infallible Full Wear in 325 Eggshell. I do think this lives up to its claims! I'm not ready to say it's my holy grail yet, but it's definitely going on the very short list of concealers I love. It's the only one I've been reaching for since I got it. I love the way it looks under my eyes. Usually when I apply concealer, I'll do a small dot in my inner corner and a small dot on my outer corner. With this I did that and didn't get quite the coverage I wanted. So, I do a small swipe in the inner corner and a small swipe in the outer corner of my eye. Then, I let it sit for about 30 seconds before blending it out. It blends out so easily! I get the best coverage with a brush or a dry beauty blender. I like to use my mini blending sponge dry for my concealer. When I use a wet sponge, I feel like I get less coverage. This doesn't look thick or cakey under my eyes, it doesn't accentuate any lines at all. It also covers up my sun spots on my cheekbones and temples, and those usually always peek through even when I use a full coverage foundation. So, I was pretty shocked by that! It doesn't say what the finish is supposed to be for this. I'd say it's a natural looking finish. It doesn't look glowy but doesn't look matte either. It does seem to dry down where I don't have to set it with powder, which is usually what I prefer if I can get away without powdering. It doesn't feel thick or dry under my eyes at all. It wears nicely throughout the day too. Overall, I think this is a great concealer! Like I said, it's definitely on my very short list of concealers I love! I'm reaching for it every day! I think it's too early to say it's a holy grail, but it definitely has the ability to become my holy grail concealer I've been searching for! I have no complaints about it at all!
