It is built to last for years, all while letting you choose the level of movement you want:Toe-Heel Rocker - Balancing simply on the 26? x 13.5? deck, the two half-moon Nubs allow easy toe-to-heel rocker movements, all while remaining less than one inch off the ground.Toe-Heel Teeter -The bidirectional foam teeter attached to the I-beam, using the long channel, creates a more aggressive toe-heel teeter.Nose-Tail Teeter - Placing the bidirectional foam teeter beneath the deck, using the short channel, creates a lateral teeter action.360 Wobble - Adding the magnetically attached hardwood wobble base allows for multi-axis movement and a full 360 degrees of rotation.Roller - Place the optional 101 rock (roller) beneath the board to add maximum lateral motion as the deck and roller move in unison along the I-beam track.
