Uxcell 3/8"-16 BSW HSS-Cobalt Spiral Flute Thread Tap Machine Threading Tap Uncoated
- Spiral flute design, upward chip removal. Right hand thread cutting, clear threads with no burrs, fast tapping with accuracy.
- M35 cobalt high-speed steel tool (5% Co) is with high hardness (up to around 67HRC) and toughness for wear resistance. Features just the base substrate without any additional coatings, great for wide ranges of applications.
- Suitable for processing blind holes and sticky materials. Great for drilling and tapping aluminum, die steel, stainless steel, bronze, hard plastics, etc..
- Used on drilling machines, tapping machines, CNC and milling machines. Use with tapping oil to get higher quality threads and more durable taps.
- Machine taps are suggested to be used with tap collets with overload protection. Hand use is easy to cause damage to the tap due to uneven force.
