Andrew Jackson

This is the best data filled biography of Andrew Jackson I have ever read. It gives one an historical perspective especially the way the British used the Indians to attack, mutilate and cut the babes out of their American mothers wombs. I can now understand driving the Indians West. My ancestors were in Tn in those days and I know their fear of Indian attack. It was incredibly horrible Both they and their few slaves huddled in their cabin in the fort. The British had absolutely no feeling for the Americans often of pure English descent. On every side of my family, who were in America they fought the British in the Revolution and the 1812 war. America was never going back to totally open plains w Indians chasing the Buffalo. England was too small an island as was the rest of the British Isles to accommodate all the British. Irish and Scotland born. My first ancestors were an English sailor in Jamestown and a young English Indian trader in Connecticut George Hubbard. This is a great insightful book.

I've been eyeing these berets

I've been eyeing these berets for awhile now and I'm so glad I finally broke down and purchased one for myself. The color (Tartan Green) is gorgeous. The beret is warm and soft and just what is needed now that the temperatures are inching up this time of year. I'll be buying more!

Stylish and right for all occasions.

This hat is perfect for church and for work also. The lovely thing is that it keeps my ears warm in this cold weather but is not too hot to keep on inside. I've received compliments after only a couple of wearings. The rose color is exactly right. I only wish shipping were not so high.
