Roomy but not stretchy, not compression garment

Surprisingly roomy! I ordered what I thought was a size down and it was actually too big. (30" waist, ordered a medium.) It is not a compression garment, but the zipper provided extra support, which was nice. It is also very rigid, not stretchy at all.
