I like the fact that all you have to do is mix the tube (color) into the cream bottle and shake. Squeeze some on your hair (using the provided plastic gloves) starting at the roots. Then massage it onto your hair to make sure each strand you want colored is covered. Then start working your down around your head and down the hair length, to where your hair ends. Then wait 25 min., rise your hair out first, then shampoo rinse the shampoo out. Then apply the some of the conditioner and work it into your hair. You need to wait a couple of minuets then rinse out the conditioner and dry your hair. Done, done and done. Lasts around 8 maybe nine weeks. The roots growing out by then means it time to redo the above again to recolor.

works well. just covering my grey. I did prefer the old formula, but thisnis acceptable, I went a shade lighter since they changed from liquid to creme color. It's a less transparent type dye than it was years ago. If in-between shades ,choose the lighter to avoid thatbmuddy dyed look.
