I chose this because I knew the name, but first mistake. It arrived with a small tear,3", in cardboard, otherwise seemed well packaged. It has a slight long indentation along left side toward back. When it tumbles it hits the side. It is louder than I expected. Inadequate instructions. I will have to hire someone to try to repair it before I can use it. I would return it to a local store but it is too large to fit in my car. I would return it to shipper except the cost is astronomical. Won't know how it works drying clothes until it is repaired. Big disappointment.

Effective and Quiet

Was damage upon delivery (occurred before shipping because the shipping container had ZERO damage to it). Bottom was bent below electric plug on the bottom plate, which wouldn't allow it to set level. I had to extend just one leg to level it out. However, everything worked. Overall very pleased with the process of drying clothes and it is very quiet. Small storage space, lint is a little difficult to remove (I used a dryer sheet to help remove from the cotton- like filter). Otherwise, very pleased and would recommend to others.

Happy With the Results

This is the first time using this type of dryer. I was really skeptical, fearful it would be costly due to the extra running time needed. But now, I'm not so worried. Yes, it takes about 90 to 120 minutes for a load (consisting of about 5 tees, 5 pairs of shorts, undies, wash clothes and a few kitchen towels). I like the process though. Heats quickly and gradually cools to the end. Everything is dried thoroughly. A week's worth of bath towels and hair towels is no problem for one load. I don't think it's any louder than other dryer I've owned. The only thing I don't like is the controls are on a bottom corner of the face. So the dryer has to be elevated for my comfort and convenience.
