Taking it to the next level

Upon incorporating these lever arms into my daily routine from upper and lower body exercises, I’ve been able to regain strength and safety at the same time. If you’re looking for adjustable jammer arms, you need to give these a try. Your imagination is your only limit.

Lever Arms are Versatile!

I wasn't sure about this purchase when I was making it, I had never used lever arms in my workouts at the gym or anywhere else. It was difficult for me to justify the almost $300 price tag but I am glad I did! When I use my X-3 rack, the first thing I do is a few sets on my lever arms just to get my arms going and the blood flowing. They are heavy because they are heavy duty and that is what I was looking for. I found they are really nice for shoulder presses, deadlifts at a lower position, rowing, upright rows, cleans, and so much more. I'm glad I made the jump to order these as I use them everyday.

Belt squat

I bought these to use as a alternative to a belt squat and they work great! From what I’ve seen they are also very versatile however i just use one arm for a belt squat and its worth it just for that
