This Eyeliner goes on smoothly and makes a thin line which I appreciate. The color is stunning with a slightly frosted look without being too metallic. It gives a vibrant but softer overall look as opposed to the black. I originally bought it for a holiday look and now keep it as a staple in my cosmetic drawer.It lasts all day without flaking, and the price is reasonable at Walmart. It looks nice with every eye color and every hair color.
