About install:
1. This bicycle arrives 85% assembled. You will need to install the pedals, front wheel, handlebar and air up the tires.
2. Rotate the fork for 180 degree before assemble the front wheel (the brake will be in front of the bike)
3. Pedal threads are different from left side and right side. L / R signs are marked on the spindle of the each pedal, make sure they are assembled on the right side. The right side pedal has a right-hand thread. The left side pedal has a left-hand thread.Thread both pedals into the crank arms as far as you can by hand.
4. All tools are included in the package,no extra tools

Broken 3rd gear on my first ride
My first ride on the bike the 3rd gear quit working and the rear mud shield broke. You will need your own plyers or vice grips because the piece of metal that it comes with to turn bolts will strip on you, it is basically useless. It is a sharp looking bike. I would prefer to have it fixed locally because I purchased this bike to ride it and not have it sit. California to Pittsburgh is a long way so I dont know how my issues will be resolved in a timely manner. The seller asked me to send pictures which I did and I am waiting for a response back. I will update my review once I hear back from the seller and my issues are resolved.
