Great clarifying shampoo! You should only use this shampoo once a week b/c apple cider vinegar will dry out your hair even with the conditioner in the shampoo. It's main purpose is to remove buildup from your hair and scalp. I suggest a moisturizing shampoo be used in-between washes with the clarifying shampoo. I used to use apple cider vinegar as a clarifying rinse, b/c our town water is riddled with chemicals that build up in my hair, but it used to get in my eyes and sting so badly! This shampoo takes the sting out of clarifying my hair. I love it!
