Start by applying the matte formula all over the lid and blending out with finger or brush. Follow up by using the shimmer formula to apply all over the matte formula or line the upper lash line and let dry. Re-apply as desired.

Cute and compact with is nice. Vibrant beautiful color. My only problem is with the brush for the glitter lip gloss. It's more like a nail polish brush and just not something I would like to use to put on my lips. But the matte color is perfect! The glitter itself is super cute and pairs well with the matte lip.
