- Precision and durability: This cooking knife is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. The Riviera series knives are characterized by the rounded French-style ferrule and for its bolster, which provides safety as well as style. Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
- Safety and design: The handle is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
