Pre-heat oven to 375° F.Spread 1 cup of sauce in bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.Lay 3 - 4 dry lasagne sheets over the sauce with a small space between sheets. The sheets will expand while cooking.Top lasagne sheets with plant-based ricotta, crumbled tofu or veggies of your choice (optional) and then another layer of sauce.Repeat layers of lasagne sheets, toppings and sauce until all sheets are used and top layer is covered with sauce.Cover with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes.Uncover, sprinkle with plant-based cheese (optional) and bake for 10 more minutes, uncovered.Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.Enjoy!

Better lasagna noodles
I made lasagna with these and my lasagna turned out so delicious. You couldn't taste the noodles. You just tasted the meat and cheese. Surprised because no boiling the noodles they just cook in the oven and get all the flavor from the other ingredients. Best of all they didn't make my husband's blood sugar go up like regular noodles would have

Threw out my entire lasagna! I make lasagna about once a month and it's one of my favorite foods. I used this pasta to help cut down on carbs and it tasted so nasty I threw the entire lasagna in the trash! DO NOT BUY if you have taste buds!
