The awning installation guide needs to be reviewed. Found it to be confusing and incomplete. Thank goodnes for Kaitlin Rivera from your support team. She sent me a updated video that simplified the assembly prucess. The fabic roller support needed to be reversed for the awnig cassette to sit properly. Otherwise the key to open and close awning is on the wrong side of the torsion bar. The mounting harware is only for concrete wall. Should have been specified in assembly guide. The four wall brackets inluded are not sufficient six are needed to distribute the weight properly. I ordered a additional two.
