Easier and cheaper than blood testers
If you think your unit is defective, try eating less carbs. I was getting 0.0 readings when eating 100 grams carbs a day, 0.2 with 70 carbs a day. So I dialed down carbs to 25 grams for 3 days and watched my breath readings go from 0.3 to 0.7 to 0.9 satisfaction. A could days of 10-15 grams carbs and have results of 2.40 to 2.95 so happy

It is simple and works great so far.
I have only used this for a few days but so far it has worked great! It regesters great for me, but I obviously dont get readings for my other family members who eat carbs. I accidently ate one of my kids homemade peanut butter cups that I thought was my fat bomb version. It registered that it kicked me right out of ketosis, and has slowly increased as Ive gotten back in ketosis. I like this version much better than the urinalysis testing sticks.
