Excellent for health, Terrible for landlords

It came without an Allen wrench which warranted another trip to another store that obsesses with the color orange. It gave some trouble adjusting, at first it only adjusted an inch as it refused to turn. After about half an hour of attempts, I managed to get it stuck on my doorway. I can't unscrew it, nor can I pull it down no matter how hard I try, I always manage to pull myself up.
