Step 2:
Rotate both ends of the pull-up bar (left clockwise, right counterclockwise)to adjust pull-up bar length. NOTE -The length of the pull-up bar is roughly 0.5-1'' longer than the doorframe.

Carefully mount and fit pull-up bar into doorway. For easier mounting and stabilization, hold blue support pads from bottom and adjust or rotate pull-upbar as needed, parallel to the floor.
