The French Fitness FL100 Freeweight Leverage Gym System can accommodate 3 users together in 3 different stations for a complete solid workout. The Press Station features 4 seat adjustments, 13 back adjustment and can be moved from decline, flat, to numerous incline positions. The Pulldown Station features multiple grip handles and an upright bench that comes complete with preacher curl and leg developer attachments. The Hack Squat and Calf Raise Station features 6 levels of adjustments, an angled shoulder pad to match the natural angle of the shoulder and an oversized foot platform with non-slip surface for added support during workout.
