With a rich, buttery taste this makes the BEST sweet potato casserole as a side dish or a dessert!Unit Size: 4lb (Serves 8-10)Product Description: Sweet Potato Casserole is fully cookedStorage: Keep Frozen (thaw refrigerated) Heating: Thaw in cooler or under running cold water. Pour into half pan* and bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes @ 350 degrees for Convection Oven or 400 degrees for Conventional Oven, until golden brown. *Optional topping: Mix ½ cup brown sugar with 1/3 cup all-purpose flour and cut in 3 Tablespoons butter (softened). Add ½ cup chopped nuts (pecans) and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture.
