What good are special instructions
I shop Walmart online quite frequently. I have instructions to leave the deliveries at the back door. Simple, right? Every time I get a delivery, it is left at the front door where there is no protection from the weather. The last order I received was left at the front door. It was raining and the boxes were wet. One of the packages was laying in the flower bed. I don't understand why the question is asked for special instructions if no one reads them. Very disappointed in the delivery aspect, but am very satisfied with the products.
