This soft foam cushion provides pressure relief and redistribution when placed on any hard surface. It has a stable surface that is important for residents who have difficulty in maintaining upper trunk control. The reticulated, closed cell foam allows for the cushion to be hand washed and air dried. It is light weight and can be used under all temperature conditions. Provided with a low shear ii wipe clean, stretch outer cover that reduces skin damaging friction.
