My daughter is a flyer and when she would go up with only her left leg she would falter because of an imbalance.I made her start doing squats on a wobble board with strict form,at first she'd have to break after doing one.Now she's up to 7 sets of 10 reps and her legs are evenly balanced.We have a 300.00 balance box and the wobble board eliminated the need for it,wish I would have bought it first.
