I did not appreciate that the chair was delivered and dropped off in front of the door. The lady is blind and when she opened the door she walked into the boxes. Nobody brought it into the apartment for her. And the guy was not there to put it together.

It works well for elderly

I have had this chair for a year now. I practically lived in it as it got me through chemo and radiation therapy. So this chair was excessively used. I'm 6'1 and the chair feels small to me. The heat and massage quit working about 3 months into it. The motors that lift and recline the chair still work fine. Honestly, I'm surprised the chair held up considering everything I put it through. For the price, it is a good chair.

I could not believe how easy it was to put this chair together. My 13 year old helped me. I'm disabled so she did most of it. The heat and massage (Vibration) feel great. I could not believe how comfortable this chair was. I could not find anything in my area for less than $699. Then I found this chair on amazon. Best purchase I have made in years.
