Sweet and sour and healthy!
I love these! I eat 1-2 after my meals instead of eating a candy or sweet. They are not only sweet, but sour which is fun. I no longer crave sweets after eating these because I’ve gotten my sweet fix after meals. I took a job where I sit at a desk more and I noticed I was gaining weight and wanted to snack on sweets. I am noticing my clothes are fitting better and I feel like I do have more energy. Plus they have vitamins! I would definitely recommend and will order more.
