It works great

These are very good but ended up being too bioavailable for me. I had to take one instead of two and still had too much zinc so I take it every other day and one a time. I take them on an empty stomach but I know that it's best to take them with food. I haven't had any issues otherwise. First order came open and dried up but it was replaced right away, so it didn't really cause any issues. I am not even sure why anyone wouldn't like it, definitely works.

Great Zinc!

Excellent product-I have been buying from Swansons since the days when you had to fill out a form and mail it in with a check or Money Order. I'm sure they are partially responsible for still being here under the Sun, Moon and stars. I needed a little Zinc boost and this has been perfect.
